Claudia Sheinbaum, virtual presidenta electa de México, anunció que Alejandro Svarch Pérez será el nuevo director general del IMSS Bienestar. Svarch, reconocido por su papel durante la pandemia de COVID-19, asumirá la responsabilidad de dirigir una de las instituciones de salud más importantes del país.
Sheinbaum destacó los logros de Svarch, como la capacitación de médicos y la liberación de más de 100 millones de vacunas en tiempo récord. Svarch, por su parte, agradeció la confianza y se comprometió a garantizar la salud y acercar la atención médica a todas las comunidades.
