{"id":5140,"date":"2025-06-03T15:24:57","date_gmt":"2025-06-03T15:24:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.podermexico.mx\/?p=5140"},"modified":"2025-06-03T15:24:58","modified_gmt":"2025-06-03T15:24:58","slug":"cemex-planea-inversion-con-mas-de-mil-mdd-para-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.podermexico.mx\/?p=5140","title":{"rendered":"Cemex planea inversi\u00f3n con m\u00e1s de mil mdd para 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Cemex<\/strong>, la compa\u00f1\u00eda global de materiales para la construcci\u00f3n, inform\u00f3 a la <strong>Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV)<\/strong> su compromiso de <strong>invertir 1,151 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong> en el periodo restante de 2025, sujeto a la evoluci\u00f3n de sus <strong>proyectos estrat\u00e9gicos<\/strong> y a las <strong>condiciones del mercado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el <strong>primer trimestre de 2025<\/strong>, la empresa destin\u00f3 <strong>249 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong> a <strong>inversiones de capital en operaciones continuas<\/strong>, lo que representa un incremento respecto a los <strong>221 millones<\/strong> registrados en el mismo periodo de 2024. Entre las regiones con mayor asignaci\u00f3n de recursos destaca <strong>Estados Unidos<\/strong>, con <strong>104 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong>, seguido por <strong>M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, con <strong>45 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong>, y pa\u00edses europeos como <strong>Espa\u00f1a, Polonia y Alemania<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n se realizaron inversiones en <strong>Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe<\/strong>, incluyendo <strong>Colombia, el Caribe y Panam\u00e1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El capital fue distribuido en <strong>dos principales rubros<\/strong>: <strong>156 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong> para <strong>mantenimiento de activos existentes<\/strong>, y <strong>93 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong> para <strong>expansi\u00f3n operativa, modernizaci\u00f3n de instalaciones e incorporaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La compa\u00f1\u00eda destac\u00f3 un <strong>incremento en su utilidad neta consolidada<\/strong>, que pas\u00f3 de <strong>258 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong> en el primer trimestre de 2024 a <strong>742 millones<\/strong> en el mismo periodo de 2025.
